HDL2Chips is an online education platform dedicated to teaching Hardware Description Languages (HDL) such as Verilog and SystemVerilog. Our platform provides interactive coding exercises, simulation tools, and educational content designed to help engineers prepare for hardware design interviews and improve their VLSI skills.

3.1 Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3.2 Account Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. By registering, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

You agree to use the platform solely for lawful educational purposes. You must not use the platform to upload malicious code, attempt to breach security systems, or violate any applicable laws or regulations.

The HDL2Chips platform and its content — including problem sets, UI design, graphics, and educational materials — are the exclusive property of HDL2Chips and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Any Verilog/SystemVerilog code you write and submit while solving problems on the platform remains your own. We do not claim ownership of your submitted code; we only store it to track your progress, display it back to you, and, where you choose to participate in leaderboards or challenges, show your solve status to other users.

All user code is run in a secure, isolated environment and is subject to strict resource limits including execution time and memory usage. We employ containerization and timeout safeguards to prevent abuse.

The HDL2Chips platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's operation or availability.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in behavior that may harm the platform or other users.
